After hiking through the dense forest of Grünewald in the west of Berlin, we reached an artificially made hill called Teufelsberg, which was a former NSA listening station run by British and American intelligence officers before the fall of the Berlin Wall. For 7€ you join a small group tour of it. What remains today is just the abandoned infrastructure where artists come every year to brighten it up with graffiti. From spies eavesdropping by picking up radio signals–Morse code or short wave–to beautiful graffiti art!
